Calling all talented developers! We are in need of a confident website developer(s) who have experience in NLM XML to PDF/HTML conversion to build an online journals platform which can be managed by the client.
The website, along with any potential sub-sites, are to be efficiently managed by a single CMS. For a quick overview, the platform needs to be developed with the below features in mind:
- NLM XML content will be uploaded via the CMS and converted to PDF and HTML.
- Linking from citing articles, Google Scholar and CrossRef
- A Reader needs to be integrated for the journals.
- Usage for subscribers and also pay-per-view
- Usage report for stats

Application Developer & HTML5 Specialist

Since we are starting to get a lot of requests from our clients to develop mobile and desktop applications, I really need someone with whom I can create long term trustworthy relationship.
You need to know your way with Flex and AS3 if possible (I know it is dying but still...) and any other iOS programming you are good at. Please send your skill set and links to completed projects. Freelance Developer for Web-Chat App

Ever heard of Omegle or Iddin.com? Well I currently have a site that uses a similar model with a much more useful cause that is in need of a complete revamp. I need someone who can re-create a very simple chat script with newly added features. It also needs to be optimized for volume. I also need some membership features, but nothing too extensive.
Programmer should be proficient with PHP, and Java, Flash is a plus, but must have experience developing a chat app. Features needed include an admin panel, login/registration, user profile with feedback, rating, comments, and a few others. I have a fully written design document ready upon request.
